Here you can raise support requests, view your existing requests as well as use the new starter and leaver process

Please contact your Technical Account Manager to obtain login details.
You are also able to raise a ticket via your iglu managed device by clicking on the iglu logo and choosing the “request support” option
Your request will be received by our proactive Helpdesk team, and this automatically generates a trackable ‘ticket’ in our industry specific Helpdesk Software System, from which you will receive an almost immediate response.
