We commit to responding to your requests within 24 business hours although some changes may take up to 5 days to process, due to the nature of the task (domain information is cached on servers around the internet and can take a time to update).

Domain Renewal

If you have a domain registered with Impreza, you will receive an email notification of the upcoming expiry, 45 days before the expiry date. In this email, you will be informed of the renewal cost and simply need to reply to it to activate the renewal process.

Domain transfer

If you have a domain with Impreza and wish to transfer it elsewhere, please inform us by telephone or using the contact us form located here – https://iglutech.com/contact/.

Complaints

If you wish to report abuse or make a complaint relating to a domain registered with the IPS TAG of IMPREZACOMP then please email us using the form linked here – https://iglutech.com/contact/ – where someone will respond within 24 hours.
