Your Psychology Clinic are an incredibly forward-thinking psychology practice providing therapeutic and counselling services, centrally located in Brisbane, Australia 

Daily Challenges 

At the same time as managing an already busy schedule, Your Psych were looking to scale their organisation – the key is that this had to be possible only with entirely positive patient outcomes. Scaling a business is no good if the customer suffers, and never more so in the case of an organisation whose very purpose is geared around human outcomes.  

 Your Psych required a central solution to manage internal digital assets, customer enquiries and external relationship-based data. Given the nature of their work, this had to be ultra-secure and compliant with the regulatory laws not only in State but governing their industry. 

 The Solution 

Following in-depth consultations, it was agreed that a collaborative solution incorporating Oxygen Intranet, CRM with a fully integrated Oxygen HelpDesk was the right direction. 

 Further enhancements include, inventory and quote module, secure clinician document library and a resource booking solution for internal assets. 

Data migration services were deployed, including the application of on-the-fly metadata to further secure legacy files into a secure and highly scalable digital library.
