So, what’s the lowdown?

Using one of Microsoft’s default SharePoint page templates, we added our own content—but the branding needed a boost. Enter Copilot’s Create menu. With a few tweaks to the prompt and by applying our iglu brand colours (blue, gold, and charcoal grey), we generated a sleek, professional banner image.
✅ The result? A polished, on-brand visual that perfectly fit our SharePoint layout.
🎥 Step 2: Generating a Video with Copilot
Next, we challenged Copilot to create a video explaining the value of our new project management system. The first draft was solid—clear, informative, and visually engaging. But we wanted something a bit more playful and upbeat.
With just a few clicks, we adjusted the tone, voice, and background music, and Copilot delivered a second version that hit the mark. 💡
✂️ Step 3: Fine-Tuning in Clipchamp
Copilot automatically saved the video to Clipchamp, Microsoft’s built-in video editor. From there, we:
- Customised text overlays
- Adjusted colours to match our brand
- Used text-to-speech to add our own messaging
In just 30 minutes, we had a fully branded, engaging video ready to embed in our SharePoint page. 🎯
